Today's Swim Report By Tom -
I swam the second shift today – getting in at 10:15. Clear blue sky, scattered clouds, and that beautiful air clarity that comes with fall. The water temperature was up a bit, around 59 today. There is a slight breeze and lots of bump on the water. I am convinced that the Avila pier repairs are having an effect on water quality… Not in a good way. But, of course, I have no way of knowing that for sure. Anyway, excellent day of swimming.

On Tuesday Dr. Laird reactivated me so I (sort of) ran yesterday and will swim on Saturday morning at 8!
It is good to be back and to not let Tom have all of the water fun to himself.
