Beautiful Conditions for a Swim to Avila Rock -
Avila was 58°, sunny and still with waves you could jump over and very clear water. I saw Tom Lorish, he said the water was 48°. Jim and I agreed with 48°, except for the colder spots.
Jim suggested that it was a great day to swim to the Avila Rock and he was right, it was gorgeous out there.
Garmin still has no satellite imaging for their maps.

Monday and Monday night we may get 1.5" to 2" of rain which would be enough to keep me out of the ocean Tuesday morning. I'll check the rain gauge first thing Tuesday morning and decide.
