After yesterday, (see my previous post), neither Rob or I was very excited about getting back in the water, so neither of us swam today. Also, with the heavy rain last night and this morning the water at Avila was almost certainly muddied up from the outflow from the creek which makes for unhealthy swimming conditions. Next weekend looks good, with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid 60's.

This morning Rob updated his post on yesterday's swim with three video clips taken from the zodiac. If you have not seen them they really give you an idea of what he accomplished yesterday.
