At 10:30 Sunday morning Avila was 58°. the water was 53° and there was a steady wind out of the SW with whitecaps on the water in to the surf line so the swimming conditions were bumpy.
Got this photo of Tom coming in when I was on the pier getting the water temp.
Tom had a good time and said that we were in for a bumpy swim.
Getting in were David, Tiki, Pat, Niel, Jodi. Jodi and I were ready for one lap around the buoy line with the chop making up some for the shorter than usual distance.

David and Pat did some additional distance before getting out.
Next week I'll be swimming Tuesday at 8, Thursday at 8:45, Saturday at 8 and Sunday at 11.
