Tom's Swim Report -
It was variable conditions at Avila this morning. A swell was kicking up, there were blue skies along with scattered clouds, and there was even rain when I was getting out. The water was about 52, 53 and it was a good morning of swimming before I drive to Davis for a water polo tournament with the Cal poly women team. You'll note in the picture below, Clarence Gull, the seagull in the foreground. It turns out that Clarence is a distant relative of the great JL Gull.
So that's kinda cool.
